In 1994 attorney William C. “Bubba” Head asked Mr. Mullis to come to Atlanta to help him with his expanding DUI practice. Soon thereafter the law firm of Head, Mullis, Thomas & Webb was formed. This was the largest DUI defense firm in Georgia and one of the largest in the country. In 1999 Mr. Mullis and his wife moved back home to Valdosta with their 3 year old son. 95% of his current law practice consists of DUI defense with the other 5% consisting of criminal defense.
